7. Foreign students who studied in a university abroad must submit a certificate of recognition from the Higher Education Council (YÖK)
8. Turkish citizens who studied in a university abroad must submit an equivalence letter from the Higher Education Council (YÖK)*

*TC students who have been accepted to any program have to submit their Equivalence Letter (provided by YÖK) to the Registrar's Office before graduation
