Dear Master's Graduate,

First and foremost, we congratulate you on your academic success and extend our best wishes for your master's degree. We would be delighted to see you and your family at our 2023-2024 Academic Year Master's Diploma Ceremony, which will be held on Monday, September 2, 2024, at 4:00 PM at the Cultural and Convention Center (KKM) Kemal Kurdaş Hall.

Due to the large number of master's graduates from the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, it is important to adhere strictly to the following guidelines to ensure the smooth execution of our Master's Diploma Ceremony:

• Apart from the graduates themselves, a maximum of two (2) family members may attend the ceremony.
• You are required to be at the KKM Kemal Kurdaş Hall no later than 3:30 PM on the day of the ceremony.
• Before entering the hall, the names of the graduates will be cross-checked with the diploma lists.
• A seating arrangement has been organized according to the order in which each graduate will go on stage, and it is important to follow the instructions of the Research Assistants present in the Hall.
• It is mandatory for our graduates to attend the ceremony in the academic attire provided by the Head of their Department.
• No one other than our graduates will be allowed on stage during the ceremony.
• Photos of each graduate will be taken while they are on stage to receive their diploma, and these photos will be shared within two weeks following the ceremony.
• To maintain the order of the hall and to avoid any inconvenience for our graduates and guests, graduates are required to return to their assigned seats after leaving the stage and remain in the hall until the end of the ceremony.
• At the end of the ceremony, a group photo will be taken in front of the KKM.
