TU12 TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
GRADUATE JOINT ELECTIVE COURSE
ANNOUNCEMENT
Within the scope of the Technical Universities Union (TU12), a total of 19 joint elective courses to be offered online have been proposed for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Spring Semester, open to graduate students at all technical universities. Of the proposed courses, 12 will be conducted in Turkish and 7 in English. The relevant graduate schools will carry out the monitoring and coordination of the processes.
Within this framework, the courses listed in the table below, which contain information on the language of instruction, course code, course title, quota, and the offering university, may be selected, subject to the approval of the academic advisor and the department, and the decision of the relevant Graduate School Executive Board. (Detailed course information packages are provided in the Appendix.)
The courses will be conducted in accordance with the academic calendars of the universities offering the courses. Students are obliged to comply with the regulations of the university/graduate school where the course is delivered.
Application Process
To apply for a course, you must complete the form via the link provided below.
Before selecting a course, you are required to consult with your academic advisor and complete the form in line with your advisor’s approval.

Selecting a course via Google Form does not complete the application process. In cases where applications exceed the course quota, students will be admitted to the course based on the quotas allocated for each university.
The course registration and other procedures for students accepted as primary or reserve candidates will be carried out by the relevant graduate schools. Students admitted to the course are responsible for completing the process by following the procedures determined by their own graduate schools.

NOTE:
The dates specified above indicate the latest application deadlines. Course start dates may vary among the universities offering the joint courses. Students are required to complete their application procedures before the start of the relevant course, without waiting for the course start date of the offering university. Otherwise, timely participation in the online courses will not be possible.
All offered graduate joint elective courses will be conducted online. The platform on which each course will be delivered will be determined by the instructor teaching the course and will be shared with the students enrolled in the course.
Before the start of the courses, the student information listed in the Google Form will be shared with the instructors teaching the courses. During the course delivery period, all communication will be carried out via the email addresses declared in the Google Form.
Therefore, the email addresses entered in the Google Form must be current and actively used.
